Then you can purchase the rest of the tracks seperately or complete the album.

Buying tracks separately helps multiple tracks chart on the iTunes song and Billboard World Digital Song Sales Chart.

Buying the title track and then complete the album works for Billboard 200 (less than 10 tracks album)
iTunes works with 4 tiers. The countries from tier 1 need more sales but contribute to more points on the Worldwide iTunes charts and the tier 4 need least amount of sales but contribute less points.
